2022 Fall Conference

Join your chamber colleagues in beautiful Cohasset, MN for three days of education, networking, and professional development through unique experiences found only in northern Minnesota. The agenda will include several focused areas including a half-day workshop with Shari Pash, Strategic Solutions for Growth.  Shari will share her insights and best practices on several membership topics and allow for one-on-one consultations. Breakout sessions are back along with a variety of specialized content to help you grow your chamber, along with some time to explore the area and network with your colleagues.

LODGING
Sugar Lake Lodge is sold out of rooms, but you can give them a call and mention our group to be put on the wait list in case anything opens up.

As an alternative, we have set up a room block at TimberLake Lodge in Grand Rapids. The cutoff date for this new block is September 13. Executive King rooms are available for $154 plus tax and King Suites are available for $164 plus tax (includes a sofa sleeper) – both rooms include breakfast. Give them a call at 218-326-2600 and mention our group to receive these rates. Rooms that need to be cancelled need to do so 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid charges.

SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE

There are three scholarships being awarded for this year’s Fall Conference. The first will cover the registration fee for one individual to attend the conference. The second will cover the registration fee for the conference as well as the cost for a hotel room for two nights. The third is the Dee Schutte scholarship which awards $450 to the recipient to be used for tuition and associated expenses.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations received by the office at least FIVE BUSINESS DAYS prior to the event are eligible for a refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received fewer than five days prior to the event. No-shows will be billed for any unpaid registration fees.
