2023 Annual Meeting

Join your chamber colleagues for MCCE’s 2023 Annual Meeting on February 1-3 at Treasure Island. The conference will offer professional development exclusively developed for chamber executives and key staff members.

The annual meeting luncheon will recognize Brad Gruhot, President of the Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce for his leadership in 2022 as well as outgoing board members. Additionally, the inaugural chamber awards will be presented at this year’s Annual Meeting. These awards are meant to recognize exceptional achievements by industry professionals, for work above and beyond.

50/50 RAFFLE:
There will be a 50/50 raffle held during the event to raise money for MCCE scholarships. Tickets will be $20 each and participants will be entered to win 50% of the total sales (please bring cash or check).

 

COST

  • $295 Early Bird Member – Register by January 13 to receive this rate
  • $325 Member – Register after January 13
  • $350 Non-member

 

ACCOMMODATIONS 
Rooms are available at Treasure Island in the New Wolf Tower (nonsmoking) for $169/night or in the Buffalo Tower (smoking) and Older Eagle Tower (nonsmoking) for $139/night. To make a reservation, call 1-800-222-7077 and mention that you are with the MCCE block and what type of room you’d like. All rooms are based on availability. Reservations must be made by January 10, 2023 to receive this price.

 

SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE
There are two scholarships being awarded for this year’s Annual Meeting. The first will cover the registration fee for one individual to attend the conference. The second will cover the registration fee for the conference as well as the cost for a hotel room for two nights.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations received by the office at least ONE WEEK prior to the event are eligible for a refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received fewer than seven days prior to the event. No-shows will be billed for any unpaid registration fees. Substitutions are welcome.
