The ability to network face-to-face with other Minnesota chamber executives is HANDS DOWN the best training ever. I wouldn’t have been successful in this profession if I didn’t have this valuable resource to ask questions, build networks, be mentored, and continue to grow as a leader and person.

MCCE was instrumental in boosting my confidence as a new Chamber Executive. After each conference, I came back to my community with new programming ideas, expanded knowledge of how to balance limited resources with high member demand, and most importantly connections that provided support and insight throughout the year. I doubt I would still choose to be in the Chamber industry without the support of MCCE and I am grateful to all the Chamber executives that continue to stay involved!
