Leveraging Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a game-changer and has been at the forefront of conversations in our business community. From manufacturing to business offices to retail, there are many ways AI can be used to create efficiencies, streamline operations, and optimize processes. Things that once used to be very time-consuming can now be automated. With any technology, user beware. While AI is beneficial, you also want to make sure your organization is protected and uses any software or programs wisely.
Have you considered using AI in your chamber? We certainly have. It’s a great tool for me when I’m experiencing writer’s block with a speech or need help wrapping my head around a topic. Beyond ChatGPT, there are countless other ways to utilize AI. Many find it beneficial to utilize AI to automate routine tasks, provide insights on data, communicate with online users, create newsletters, and so much more.
If you are new to the AI world and looking to introduce it to your chamber, ChatGPT is a useful tool and may be a good place to start. We use ChatGPT at the office, so I took the liberty of asking ChatGPT what it had to say about itself…

But in all seriousness, be smart and strategic about using AI. While there might be hesitation, I encourage you to give it a try. It’s helped to make our office more productive and with a position that seems to be pulling us in so many directions, it’s a useful tool!
