Compensation & Benefits Survey

Every two years, Mid-America Chamber Executives (MACE) conducts a Compensation and Benefit Survey for local chambers located in seven Midwestern states. Participating local chambers are located in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. The information analyzes current trends in compensation and employee benefits and offers best practice solutions to ensuring top talent is recruited and retained in the industry.
